The National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy has
initiated a comprehensive project to develop
Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for each
of its individual departments to ensure
Business Continuity (BCP).
The National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy has
selected BOLDplanning.com, a Continuity Planning system to assist in the creation of its
BCP plans and ongoing plan development. BOLDplanning.com is a web-based planning tool,
designed to guide government agencies through
the process of developing Business Continuity
Plans. The BOLDplanning.com system walks
planners through each step of the planning
process and helps develop a BCP that
outlines a clear, concise understanding of roles
and responsibilities needed to ensure an
agency’s transition during times of change in
normal operation.
For this project, the BOLDplanning.com system was
modified to meet the specific needs of the
National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy. It is
accessed via the internet at www.NASBAbcp.com
for this agency-wide planning process.
